Silverwork Solutions was founded in 2017 by our CEO, Michael Kaysen and was formed to help the mortgage industry realize the full potential of automation. The Silverwork team believed from the start that achieving this goal would require a new approach to mortgage automation based on AI technology and truly intelligent automation.
The Silverwork team is a group of engineers, architects, and mortgage industry experts that are passionate about intelligent automation and committed to changing the mortgage industry. This team is helping mortgage lenders automate the key parts of the loan manufacturing process through our Digital Workforce Solutions.
We think differently about the challenges of mortgages of the mortgage industry and limitations of the traditional mortgage tech stack. For example, the Silverwork team has organized its product set around Persona Based Bots™ that have a human persona and operate as virtual team members. This helps our clients to reduce training and speed adoption.
We have a unique team of mortgage automation specialists leveraging state of the market technology and committed to our client’s success. We like to think that we’re on the verge of an important change in mortgage lending, and our products and culture reflect that.
